AR BLUE DOTS SELF-DEFENSE WORKSHOP EXTENDED
Join us for this intense, comprehensive four hour self-defense workshop that will go into depth on managing conflict, detecting and managing predatory behavior, learn answers to what weapons work and don’t work, and learn have to better navigate the unpredictable, often volatile, environment we find ourselves in more than ever.
Students will learn options for de-escalation, as well as powerful, effective self-defense techniques and strategies.
Men women and teens 15 years and older invited.
The training facility will be The Commons at Pettaway. Times 10:30am - 2:30pm on Saturday, Dec. 14, 2024.
